Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am new to Pilates, where do I start?

Welcome to Core Collective Pilates—we’re so glad you’re here! Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or returning after time away, we have a place for you.

If you’re interested in Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with any of our All Levels classes. These classes are designed to introduce you to the equipment, movement fundamentals, and flow of class in a supportive, approachable way. Our instructors offer clear guidance and modifications so you can feel confident while building strength, stability, and familiarity with Pilates from day one.

If you’re curious about our Mat Room, we suggest starting with Sculpt Pilates—a dynamic, low-impact class that blends Pilates principles with strength training and is great for all levels. We also offer heated mat classes, which are a great way to build endurance and focus while getting a good sweat!
