New to Reformer, Chair, or Tower?
If you’re new to Pilates or new to a specific piece of equipment, we recommend starting with any class labeledAll Levels. These classes are designed to be accessible, educational, and supportive, with options and guidance to help you learn the fundamentals while building confidence and familiarity with the equipment. Intermediate-level classes are not suitable for beginners and are best enjoyed once you’ve established a solid Pilates foundation.

Fundamentals + Flow
Discover the foundations of Pilates in our beginner-friendly class designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and master the fundamentals. In *Fundamentals and Flow*, we focus on core engagement, alignment, and controlled movement, guiding you through each exercise with precise cues to ensure you build a solid foundation. Core Classics
**Core Classics** is Core Collective Pilates’ signature intermediate Pilates class. In this 50-minute Reformer session, experience a dynamic, full-body workout designed to challenge and strengthen. This class utilizes the Reformer to target all major muscle groups with a focus on core engagement, functional movement, and balance. Guided by our expert instructors, you'll progress through exercises that improve flexibility, balance, and strength, promoting a lean and toned physique. Core Burn
A signature burn with a modern edge. This intermediate-level class layers in contemporary Pilates movement to deeply engage your core while dialing up the challenge in balance, coordination, and control. A.A.A - Abs, A**, & Arms
This class means business. A.A.A targets your powerhouse trio—core, glutes, and upper body—for a sculpting, toning, and seriously spicy burn. Expect controlled resistance work, deep core activation, and plenty of pulsing that will leave you shaking (in the best way).
Not for beginners—this class moves with intention and intensity.
Tower
Take your practice to new heights with our Tower class—an invigorating blend of classical Pilates principles and innovative movement using the Tower apparatus. This intermediate to advanced-level class is designed to challenge your strength, stability, and control through spring resistance and targeted exercises that lengthen and tone. Expect deep core engagement, upper body sculpting, and lower body endurance work, all while refining precision and flow.
Jumpboard
Looking to amp up your Pilates workout? Our Jumpboard Pilates class is designed to elevate your heart rate and strengthen your entire body. By incorporating the jumpboard with the reformer, this class fuses traditional Pilates movements with low-impact cardio bursts. Expect to boost your endurance, sculpt your muscles, and improve your coordination—all while being easy on your joints.

Chair + Tower
Take your practice to new heights with our Chair + Tower class—a dynamic blend of classical Pilates principles and creative movement using both the Chair and Tower apparatus. This all-levels class is designed to meet you where you are, offering supportive modifications for beginners and thoughtful progressions for more experienced clients.
Using spring resistance, standing and seated work, and intentional transitions, you’ll build full-body strength, improve balance and stability, and deepen core engagement. Expect a well-rounded, empowering workout that emphasizes control, alignment, and flow—challenging yet accessible, and always grounded in mindful movement.
Core Classics 2

Prior reformer experience and a solid foundation in Pilates fundamentals are required. Teacher approval is required to join this class, ensuring participants are prepared for the advanced level of intensity and complexity.
Stretch + Restore
Unwind and rejuvenate with this gentle, stretch-focused Pilates class designed to lengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and release tension. Using the reformer and props, we’ll guide you through a series of flowing, restorative movements to enhance mobility and calm the mind.
